Shipping
Orders placed before noon ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, uninstalled hair in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Hair that has been cut, colored, washed, or installed cannot be returned. This is standard across the industry and it is about hygiene, not policy games.
To start a return, email hello@yourbrand.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Every order is photographed before it ships. If something arrives wrong or damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
