Is this real human hair?
Our bulk hair, feather crochet, and afro kinky bulk are 100% human hair. Our boho box braids are synthetic braiding fiber with human bulk hair woven through, which is what gives the loose curls their movement. Every product page lists its exact fiber content, so you never have to guess.
How much hair do I need?
It depends on braid size, length, and how full you want the install. Smaller braids and longer lengths mean more packs, and the jump from medium to small braids can nearly double your order. If you have a braider booked, ask them before you buy. If not, round up. Being one pack over costs a little. Being one pack short costs you the appointment.
Can I color it or use heat on it?
Our 100% human hair can be colored and heat styled like your own. Boho box braids contain synthetic fiber and should not be dyed or exposed to high heat, since color will not take evenly across two materials and heat will damage the braid. Refresh boho curls with water and your fingers instead.
Will my colors match if I order more later?
Order everything you need in one go. Colored and blended hair can vary slightly between production runs, so a honey blonde bought today may not be an exact match for one bought in three months. On natural black nobody will ever notice. On a blonde, burgundy, or ombre, everybody will.
When will it ship?
Orders placed before noon ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Tracking is emailed to you the moment the package leaves the warehouse. Domestic delivery usually lands within 2 to 5 business days.
