How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before noon ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day.

Is this real human hair?

Our bulk hair, feather crochet, and afro kinky bulk are 100% human hair. Our boho box braids are synthetic braiding fiber with human bulk hair woven through for movement and shine. Every product page lists its exact fiber content.

What is feather crochet hair?

Also called miracle knots. Pre-feathered human hair crochet strands that install faster than traditional crochet and move like your own hair. Available in 16" and 20" across seven textures.

How much hair do I need?

For a full head of braids, most people use 4 to 6 bundles of bulk hair depending on length and desired thickness. For feather crochet, a full set is typically 100 pieces. When in doubt, order one extra — running short mid-install is worse than having a little left over.

Can I color or heat style it?

Our 100% human hair can be colored and heat styled like your own. Boho box braids contain synthetic fiber and should not be dyed or exposed to high heat.

Do you accept returns?

Unopened, uninstalled hair in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Once hair has been cut, colored, or installed, it is no longer returnable. See our refund policy for full details.
